This plan will provide the following services performed (2) two times per year, approximately every six months. This plan does not cover parts or replacements.

Clean and Change Air Filter
Tighten All Electrical Connections
Regulate Freon Levels
Check for Proper Amperage and Voltage
Flush Condensate Lines
Check All Saftey Controls
Install Algae Tablet and Clean Drains
Desinfect Airhandler and Coil
Oil Indoor and Outdoor Fan Motors
Check for Freon Leaks
Check and Calibrate Thermostat
Check Heat for Proper Operation

We will remind you of your maintenance and come out and perform everything to keep it running at peak performance.
